All the trainers are very professional, very helpful is showing you the right form and most importantly if you have an injured knee or lower back pain - they always give you alternative workouts. Check them out - do something for yourself and have FUN while doing it!!!

Like any exercise, the more you go, the more you benefit. You also feel apart of a great community. Very glad I stuck with it over the pandemic and more importantly in person at the gym. Awesome job. The owners Kyra and Kevin are professional, thorough, and make sure you’re fully prepared for your first class and offer any help they can! The trainers are knowledgable and positive, but they won’t let you get away with lifting too light if they see that you are up for a challenge! I literally walk in the door and everyone greets you by name! It’s truly motivating and that’s why I’m there 5x or more a week! You definitely need to hit up this location!!
N	Niloufar Sadri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 is definitely made for people like me, I never liked the gym or working out that much for that matter, but the way F45 classes are set up, the team and the way the trainers make you feel a part of a community keeps you motivated and makes u want to come back. The workouts are different each time (mix of full body, cardio, strength, etc.) & the trainers give you alternatives if you can’t do a specific move, they also make sure your form is correct so you don’t end up injuring yourself. The class times are also set for before/after working hours (9-5) — so they’re set conveniently for people who work. Everyone there has an amazing attitude, you will always ALWAYS walk out at the end of a session feeling amazing. I highly recommend that you try it out if you haven’t. Just do a 1 week trial and witness the impact. Amazing environment, amazing trainers & people! (Also the lawrence location is very clean/tidy & cozy)

I’ve been training since at F45 since 2017 and after experiencing many different F45 studios, Lawrence Park is by far my favourite. The studio has amazing natural light, it’s extremely clean, the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. Also, the community is incredibly friendly and supportive. It’s my happy place. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to make a change in their physical fitness. F45 has helped me get into the best shape of my life and hit my fitness goals.
