The owners of the downtown Burlington location Claire and Val are both so lovely and really take the time to get to know each member and support their health and fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and the atmosphere is friendly, fun, motivating and supportive - which isn’t easy to come by at many gyms. I would go every single day if I could. Originally I thought I would only be able to go 3 days per week because of my busy schedule, but have been shifting things around so that I can make 4-5 classes/week because I love it so much. It’s a great community to join for anyone who is looking to positively change their health, fitness and lifestyle. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to join the F45 fit fam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The F45 Downtown Burlington studio is amazing and is transforming how people work out and how they feel afterwards- mostly sore.. but the good sore!! The studio is bright, clean and ready to give you an awesome workout! The trainers are top notch and encouraging and owners are so nice and really engaged in their business. Many times they are in the class with you working out or there just to give you some motivation and a high five! If you are looking for a new gym or workout routine, give F45 Downtown Burlington a shot! You won't regret it!!

With functional workouts that are completely different every day, and trainers that are constantly motivating. I am so looking forward to continuing my workouts with F45!! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a new exercise routine and the support to keep them accountable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 in downtown Burlington has been such a great experience for me! Not only is it in a great location, but the workouts are some of the best I've done in my life. I was really hooked on another gym prior to trying F45 and I couldn't be happier to have made the permanent switch. Amazing workout, only 45 minutes, really fun and supportive environment, and I've already seen amazing results! Never thought I would be looking forward to my daily workout!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a shot to go out of my comfort zone of running and spinning and thanks to gentle prodding from the owners (Val and Claire), F45 Downtown Burlington has become my new obsession. I've been to 34 classes since Jan 10 and haven't NOT loved one yet. There's always something new, different and challenging and the group setting is super motivating. The instructors do an amazing job of giving you tips on form and keeping you motivated, and knowing that everyone is there to work hard is awesome. Congrats to Val and Claire on an awesome job!!

The energy is unlike anything I've seen before and I'm so glad I decided to step out of my comfort zone and sign up. It's a great gym with even greater people and the workouts are fun, challenging and diverse. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The energy of the F45 Burlington Downtown studio is like no other. I've tried other workouts and gyms and I've never seen results (or been as motivated to workout) as I have at F45. Claire + Val (owners) have created such a positive, motivating + fun community. Their team of coaches are next level. Cannot recommend this workout (and studio) enough!
