Not only do I look forward to it, I actually get upset when I miss a day! The trainers work with you and help modify for your fitness level, but also help correct and push you to do more and go harder. I just hit my 50th class at Bow Trail and can’t tell you how happy I am and how much I appreciate the F45 Bow Trail community.

The workouts are constantly changing and you always leave feeling accomplished. Anyone thinking of trying out the studio I would highly recommend it.

If you dedicate even 4 days a week to attend their classes, within a month you notice changes with your entire body and mind. I walk out of their studio after every session and feel 10000x better!! The owners are both so amazing and friendly. The studio itself is brand new with beautiful equipment, showers, and lots of places to park. I love all the trainers and appreciate how hard they push you and that their more than willing to make sure you’re getting the best work out possible. Love this place!!!!

The coaches do an excellent job of making subtle corrections to ensure safe technique while maximizing the fun factor - even when you find yourself in the pain cave.

The workouts are fun and challenging. The variety and team atmosphere keeps me engaged and wanting to show up every day. Highly recommend this gym.

They know their stuff and help make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to target the right muscles. I have never enjoyed working out more. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Great atmosphere, fun workouts. I feel sad when I have to miss a day for work or other obligations!
J	James Anderton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I completed my 8th class at F45 Bow trail. I am really enjoying the classes, everyday it’s different, which keeps your body guessing. Being new to Calgary, it’s been a great way to meet new friends. The trainers are super helpful, always upbeat and motivate you to keep going and use proper form. Clean facility, great music, positive attitudes. I like that there’s nobody standing in the mirror posing, no gym tan laundry’s and everyone’s there to hustle and get results. Love going to the 5:30 am classes to get the blood pumping before work.

The workouts are challenging in a way that is different, compared to your usual isolated gym moves. I’m burning more calories and using muscles I don’t normally use. F45 has something for every fitness level. Definitely worth giving a try!
