★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had seen Dr. Seitz in the past before he moved away, so we are very excited that he is back in the area again. Hands down he is the best Eye Doctor we have ever seen!!! My kids love him and he makes the experience a lot of fun and very educational and exciting. We were very impressed with the staff at Eyes on the Harbour as well, we had a great experience from top to bottom. Thanks so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I both had an appointment with a new doctor who recently started working at Eyes on the Harbour, a Doctor Phil Seitz. He was professional and took time to explain what he was doing. He made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied with the glasses we chose. We highly recommend this clinic and optometrist for those looking for an optical clinic to go to in the future.

Dr. Seitz found something with my eyes that no one had ever noticed before and this may be life changing discovery for me. He was very thorough, kind and explained everything in detail. I'm excited to get my glasses and I'm grateful for Dr.Seitz and everyone there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Phil Seitz is an amazing doctor. He is helpful, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you with your needs. He is fantastic with children and his bedside manner is excellent. I would highly recommend everyone I know to go and see him. A wonderful addition to Eyes on the Harbour. We will be using this clinic for our optometry needs for the foreseeable future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would NOT recommend. Arrogant. Prescribed me a hard contact lens for my condition because it worked with another patient and swore would work as a solution. $400 later…the hard contact lens failed. It was itchy, scratchy and didn’t sit well on my eye despite multiple fixings. Two years later I came in for an annual exam and had to literally beg him for a referral to a surgeon I saw 12 years ago that tried to alleviate my condition. His response was repeated numerous times “well he’s probably not going to do anything because you’re not severe enough”. I saw the surgeon, sat down in his exam room seat and was told “you’re on the surgical waitlist for a new cornea”. I won’t be returning to this office.
