About Eyes 360
Okotoks- Originally called "Dr. Cindy Kruschel - Eye Care Clinic," Cindy made the bold move to start a clinic in the beautiful town of Okotoks. Cindy loved the feel for being in a small town and being able to connect personally with each one of her patients. This clinic was the first optometry clinic in Okotoks! Located in the heart of Okotoks, in what is now called Old Towne Okotoks, still remains as our clinic today.
High River- Originally a tire shop in beautiful High River for many years before it was turned into an optometry clinic to serve the growing population of High River. Many of our patients still tell us how much they miss this place, as do we! After the flood, this building was demolished to make some changes to downtown High River.
We are incredibly proud of the history both of our clinics have in their respective communities! We pride ourselves in carrying on the community and family oriented history that both of our practice's foundations were built on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was getting new lenses for frames that I purchased just over a year ago from Okotoks Eyes 360. I had to go to High River to have the lenses put in the frames that I was wearing. In the process the frame was broken. I was told that, that happens with plastic frames and that I would have to buy a new frame. After awhile (and seeing my clear frustration with that idea) they must have looked at my history and discovered that the frames were actually quite new and had been purchased from them, they told me that the broken frames might be covered under warranty.
After another 10 days or so, and absolutely no communication from them though promised 3 different times, the Frames arrived in Okotoks. I was called and drove in from Turner Valley. Just to be told: first that they couldn't find them, and that second the lenses were too large for the frame. At that point I realised what had caused the breakage of the original frames. The woman that was working with me in Okotoks excused herself to see what the options were (I had explained the entire process I had gone through to her). She had gone in the back and had personally taken on the task of fitting the lenses into the new frames. She succeeded. So, after 3 weeks (not the 7 to 10 days I was told) I had my new lenses.
The only reason I gave them 3 stars and not 1 star is because : 1) in the end they didn't charge me for a new frame and 2) the woman in Okotoks took the time and effort to solve the problem for me. All I can say is that I hope these reviews are actually read and that lessons can be learned. Otherwise they loose my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in the week before and asked a number of questions before I made my appointment including direct billing to my insurance company and was told that it would be no problem and I gave them my Health Card and insurance card. I advised that I was diabetic and was told the province would be billed. Then to my astonishment after I attended my appointment and tests I was told that thus test was not covered by AHS and that they could not bill my insurance company directly. Then I was handed a bill for 169.00 and instructed to pay it which I did. I advised the clerk that "you have just lost a client" and she seemed to be OK with that. So I will not be back ever as trust is really the only thing that matters in the end and my trust in your company is lost. Don't lie to the very people that keep you in business. I will tell many about this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location over couple of weeks ago. I found my experience with staff very professional, courteous and friendly. The facility is equipped with highly professional state of the art Equipment. Overall, I find this location very professional comparable to Rockyview Hospital Clinic. Though this location is far from my residence, I would still love to go back to this location for my future appointments. God bless the staff.
