Extreme PC

Andrew and the staff at Extreme PC have done it again! I bought from Extreme PC in 2011 what at the time was a beastly machine and is still running perfectly well today. The 2011 machine is on the right. Fast forward 10 years and Extreme PC have been so helpful, accommodating and reasonable about everything I asked for. Andrew helped me make some adjustments to my build for the better and for the turn around time with what’s available. Let’s not forget the speed and quality that this was done completed in less than a WEEK! At a time when scalpers are buying up supply and selling at a huge premium, shipping issues, part shortages and more issues Extreme PC got me done on time and within budget at high quality! Really I couldn’t ask for anything more. Andrew and his staff are very passionate and knowledgeable about PC's, they just love making rigs that can demolish any game you can throw at it. I am 97 year old ex pilot, who searched all over for a computer to enable me to fly again using MSFS 2020. Ironically I have found such a gaming computer company in my home town of Guelph. I have bought the most awesome system for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 from Extreme PC. I had a blast all winter flying all over the world in the flight sim. If you're a young pilot or if you are dreaming of flying in the future, grab a system from these guys and start learning to fly - no matter what age you are! It's the best thing EVER!

Where to start... I've been a customer for just about a decade. During that period, I've purchased two "build it your way" computers. Both of them quite expensive and powerful. I've received exceptional service throughout those ten years and I am currently using the second beast I purchased on a daily basis. Everything was done on their online website... To elaborate... when I started picking out components for my first rig, I had very little basic knowledge of computer hardware. This resulted in an uneven and possibly broken build. I even picked out a case that was to small without realizing it. Luckily, once the invoice was created, I was contacted by one of their employees. They informed me that several of my selections were either : - Incompatible with one another and offered me acceptable alternatives within my price range... - ... or outdated.. and by this I mean "there is better technology for a better price". In both scenarios (both purchase experiences), I've been greeted and spoken to with care and patience. They even went out of their way to provide the best possible experience for my budget even if it meant losing out on money from more expensive items. I was contacted shortly after I sent the invoice for my second build and was told that my processor selection should be changed. For context, I switched from an i9 processor to a 5600x AMD CPU based on their recommendations and I haven't regret it since! I've recently been in contact with them regarding an issue with my Windows activation key. I've learned quite a bit from this experience. After having established a new M.2 SDD in my computer (old one fried), I had re-installed Windows on the drive using a flash key. However, there were complications that resulted in me requiring my windows activation key so I contacted them. After having troubleshoot some issues regarding windows 10 and having little luck locating my key, the recommendation of upgrading to Windows 11 was brought to my attention. I was hesitant at first due to the rocky launch that they had. I never really looked twice and first impressions make a difference to me. However, they heavily insisted I upgrade based on many factual claims and benefits to Windows 11. I'm happy to report that my system memory is now operating at its peak performance and performance overall has improved. The quality of life features in Windows 11 are also quite elegant and user friendly. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly! Did I forget to mention I also got a free Windows 11 key on top of this exceptional technical support? No? Well, now I did. Yes, they absolutely care about their customers and want to give you the best possible experience. I highly recommend this establishment! END OF REVIEW HERE - The rest is just a bit of advice for those new or unknowledgeable to the computer hardware world. ... For those of you who aren't tech savvy or new to learning computer builds... I beg of you to please consider doing some research on the very basics of computing hardware. There are many great tech media groups on YouTube that are incredibly informative. If you're willing, you could even ask an employee at Extreme PC to explain to you how certain things function in a computer and why certain options are better than others. I say this because I want to help alleviate the stigma around "suggestive selling" and empathetic companies like these... It may seem to you that any recommendation they make is an attempt at upselling their product. Being ignorant in computing hardware can cause this to happen, as you may not understand their technological reasoning for their recommendation. This can create a false impression of the business and that's not really good for them or any other business for that matter. These are human beings like you and I, who love doing what they do and want to help you to the best of their ability. Please give them that chance, you won't regret it! I planned to build my computer a year ago , but parts availabilities let me wait until I decided to order a custom pc. I check several sites and found extreme pc being competitive compared to other such as origin pc. Moving from an old i7 2600k , I simply selected intel components on the user friendly website. Then I received a call from the sale guy which lead to move to AMD. The sale guy is really passionate and gave me a lot of explanation and YouTube references in order to do the move to AMD with a lower price. I ask him to build a reliable computer and he proposed me components that have good review . So I was impress about that customer service , they could have just build my original intel order and got an "ok" computer but they change my mind to get an AWESOME computer. The build quality is perfect , I even follow the website status of my order and they provide good information. I send an email about a question and they are using the website interface to answer ...which I like a lot . I was afraid to get a corsair 5000x case build ship by Post Canada and was happy to see how good they packed the computer ...nothing moves , nothing cracks :) I even received a call from them to know how I like the computer similar to when you buy a car :) I ask him some tips at the same time and the guy send me more YouTube video to answer my question ! Thanks Extreme PC for the built quality of my new PC and for all the information provided to do the best buying choice.

Extreme Pc has amazing service along with even more amazing people working there! They made building my system extremely easy and I got it for an amazing price. A 3070 for only $1200! You won't find a price that low anywhere else!

These guys are the best! I was outdated on my knowledge of what i needed for todays standards of streaming and gaming, and these guys walked me through the whole process. My build is so amazing. They went above and beyond. When a couple of my parts were out of stock, they simply upgraded me to the next best one! that is top notch customer service. PC was built in less then 5 days. Trust me if you are looking for a computer to dominate any aspect of what you are doing.. Look to these guys !!

I don't think I could be any happier than I am right now with the system Extreme PC built for me. The legend I spoke with helped me customize the PC to my specifications and had it ready in just 3 days. Also, their customer service went above and beyond for me. I had a power outage that could have ruined my system, with no UPS connector. Customer service answered my call on a holiday when most places were closed. Helped me troubleshoot and get my PC up and running again. They went out of their way to not only recommend what UPS protector I should get, but found me one that was available for purchase immediately. Might I add, it wasn't even from them. They also checked up on me and my PC a few days later to make sure everything was still good. Exceptional service. Extreme PC has definitely made a returning customer out of me.
