M	Mono Mom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was SO impressed with the service at Extreme Imaging. My family was trying to deal with a funeral during the lockdown and we needed pictures of the deceased. Not only were they able to print in a timely manner, but after looking at the photos, the owner took it upon himself to retouch and reprint. That is definitely going the extra mile during a very difficult time. I had to drive an hour to the shop. I'll definitely be driving back! Thank you so much for your kindness.

I	I F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been happy to get my prints done here and have spent a good chunk of my money doing so. I feel as a good customer I should receive just as good customer service in return. I had recently got a print done here but do to a miscommunication the print I had them do was just too large. I originally planned a much smaller one so I had a place to hang it in my house but the print I got was massive and I'm not sure how this information got mixed up. I had two steel prints done off him before and when I ordered this one I told him I wanted it done like the smaller of the two previous ones he did for me before. This didn't happen, I ended up with a very large one and now I am stuck with nowhere to hang it in my house and will probably end up throwing it out. This is fine I'm ok with this these things happen but the issue I have is that I had sent two to three emails to Keith so I can see if I can get a smaller one done. These emails I sent are about 3/4weeks old now. At this point I sort of feel I'm being ignored and I mean we are adults and no one likes to be ignored especially when they are good paying customer who had planned to keep being a good paying customer ?. Keith where you at bud? Let's chat about this so I don't have to write on your review page. Thanks.

Matt and Keith were very friendly and helpful. the wait time for the prints was about two weeks and they both came in within 4 days of the order!!! They are both gifts and the quality is mint. If you are looking to make any high quality prints please give them a visit. I will be back!

Even though we were not getting much printed they made us feel very important and did an amazing job printing our pictures; even touching them up a little without charging extra. They even have many nice older photography and film pieces to see in their show room

Told him what I was there for and politely asked if he could put a mask on due to infants being so young and unable to protect themselves. He said no he was mask exempt. I find this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. To not have the courtesy to put on a mask for 10 min to protect someone else is truly awful. Anyone who is immuno compromised or has young children, or simply doesn’t want to put themselves at risk, should not enter this store. I felt very uncomfortable and don’t want anyone else to feel this way. I called two days before to ask about bringing them in at a quiet time, and this is when I should have been told that not everyone will be wearing masks that works there.
T	Taara S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paint very detailed animals in acrylic ink on canvas. For years I considered making prints but decided that if I did they would have to be great quality. I tested Extreme Imaginings art reproduction services and they did not disappoint. As you can see in the attached photos, they are very high quality scans. The color was accurate, no detail is lost and my favorite part is that the canvas texture was captured. When I print it on paper it still looks like it's on canvas. I've now had 7 paintings scan and I'm happy with all of them. The prints Extreme Imaging does are also beautiful and when I upload the scan to a print on demand site I am confident that my customers are getting a high quality product. (I test their printing too if courselol). My favorite part is that I will now always have a digital copy of my piece! This makes it easier to sell my favorite pieces. I would definitely recommend this service.
