If you are buying a boat, get in contact with Extreme Boats! I’d recommend them to everyone! I live in Seattle and saw that their prices were thousands cheaper than dealers in Seattle area. I did my homework on buying the boat in Canada and as long as the boat/trailer/motor is made in North America, NAFTA applies.... an easy 10 minutes at the boarder with no fees to bring the boat back. It was nice dealing with Tony and Tracy..... they are super busy as they don’t have sales guys pressuring you, I surprisingly felt good buying the boat knowing I saved thousands from what β€œbest price” quotes I was getting from Other dealers in the States, and it was the boat my family wanted! It was also nice working with a family business. They have earned my business for life!

Have been out to Extreme twice and both times it was a nightmare the first time I spoke to Tony on the phone and then I arrived out to the showroom and had the horrible experience of dealing with his Wife Tracey. I thought after a couple months and the wife pushing me to keep looking for a boat so I tried again and this time I was able to chat with Tony in the show room and I’ve never met with more of a arrogant cocky human in my life. And then after speaking to others in the boat world and hearing the silver spoon spoiled kid story from his father and never working a day in his life it all made sense. Do your self a favour when looking for a boat or accessory search anywhere but Extreme Boats sports

Just purchased my Mastercraft boat from Extreme Boat Sports. The experience was fantastic. From day one Tony gave me exactly the information I required to make my decision. No pressure just great service and price. The boat was delayed in a snowstorm and Tony kept me up to date with the progress.Tracey was great to deal with. The paperwork was easy and she really helped us pick out a new surfboard. I would highly recommend meeting Tony and Tracey before you purchase a new boat. PS. It was great to see the entire family working in the shop.

Purchased a pre owned boat and traded in our other older, smaller boat. Tony and Tracy were honest, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated their help with going over and above with the purchase and paperwork process. Will definitely return for future service and boating needs.

Sure anyone who drops a pile of money on a new boat should be afforded the best of customer service. But the way you can tell if you're dealing with an honest above board dealership is what kind of service you get when you take your used boat in for service. The world is full of dishonest people and rip off artists. Why not treat people the way you would want to be treated. Be honest and sincere with customers.

Went to Tony because he had the best price in Canada. He has a very low pressure, no nonsense sale approach. Very quick to respond to all my questions (i had a lot), answering emails into the late hours of the night. He also shopped around and provided me a trade in price on my sports car. Unfortunately, the reason for my 2 star review is, as soon as i said i would take the boat, all communication stopped. A week before the agreed upon pick up time, i emailed him to get a quote on some gear. No response to my email, no problem, people get busy. So i called in after a couple of days and spoke with Tracy, she helped me out with my gear and says she'll email me (gear quote came in the next day at 15% off). Then she asks when i'll be picking up the boat, i tell her Tony and i have arranged an after hours pick-up, her response? 'It's not worth it for me to pay my guys OT for that', after that comment i requested Tony call me (never received a phone call). So do the math here... $125,400 with a 6-8% margin and you can't pay a guy a hour of OT? No problem, i guess its not worth it for me to drive 7 hours, return, to get this boat. Pretty disappointed with the follow up regarding this issue. Tony responded to my email (a week late), the day i was suppose to pick up my boat citing issues with sending emails from his Gmail account. I also received a voicemail from Tracy the day of my scheduled pickup, confirming the pick up. I called her back and got her Voicemail, told her i wasn't going to be in to get the boat and informed her that i replied to her gear quote email, citing poor communication and her rudeness as the reason i was taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps i'm more of a planner and would like things scheduled, but the rudeness definitely killed this deal. I decided to go see Don at Wizard Lake Marine. He gave me a great deal on my new boat, which was basically the same price (less admin fees), got upgraded board rack, a couple extra bells and whistles plus 25% off my gear.

Internet pricing is way off, when asking about price via messenger they read it but don’t respond. Finally respond via phone saying it was a used board and the price reflects that and a new one is 3899. Quick google search reveals same board for 2499 at another supplier. Do your homework before purchase here.
