★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It got the job done and my insurance is up and running, flawlessly and quickly which is why my review has 3 stars. Would have been 5 easily if the agent would have taken a few minutes out of his time to go over my insurance and ask if I would like to make any changes or add any additional coverage. By the time I was going to speak up everything was printed and I gave up and signed. I also felt pressured to leave because the customer service was cold. No smile, nothing. Like talking to a robot. The guy beside me had a great agent so maybe it was just my luck.
Adding that this is not my usual insurance company as I deal with Friesens at Southland Mall. I went to the closest agency to me as I didn't have a valid license or insurance.
