★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mover experience of my life call someone else these guys are so unprofessional.
I was suspicious that they charge so little compared to the other movers and now I know why.
Thursday they showed up with only two guys even though they confirm the night before the three would be coming to move the piano down one set of stairs it was clearly outlined in the instructions that I sent them via email. On Friday they showed up and started blasting me about the stairs and this and that and he's not doing it for so little money.
I realized they now wanted to inflate their bill. So I told them to get out I didn't need to deal with such rude and disrespectful people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them to pick up a piano from one location in Milton and deliver to another. Was told that they would deliver it between 1:30 and 2:30.
They called Academy of Music here in Milton and made sure someone would be available at 1:30.
2:30- no Piano.
Called at 2:45. Was told they were running behind and would be there in the hour. I was patient.
Called Dispatch at 4... was told he'd look in to it.
Called Academy of Music at 4:15 and no one had been there to get it. Called Dispatch back and told them to cancel the move.
The driver actually had the balls to call me back asking why. I was speechless. When I told him I didn't appreciate them over promising and keeping people waiting for 3 hours he got indignant and defensive.
Spend your money anywhere else.

He changes the price and when I called him on it and had proof in writing he yelled at me not letting me say a word called me a liar and a lot worse didn't end up moving the piano. DO NOT use him. I am horrified by him. Terrible experience. I would not even put one star if I could.

Due to a scheduling problem we had to wait hours for the team to arrive but other than that we were really happy with the service and the job was done incredibly well done!

Long story: I had originally hired another company to move a piano that I had just bought that same day. They showed up with a pickup truck and wanted to pendulum the piano on its back to the back of their car which was so small that couldn't fit the piano standing. After the most awful exchange I told them to unload my piano off their cart and leave. I called over 20 piano movers but none could deliver immediately. With the piano on the side of the road I was really getting desperate when they called me back from this company Expert piano movers. The gentleman went out of his way to accommodate the transport and I am very thankful for their work.
In our family we refer to them as the angles, appeared out of nowhere in minutes and delivered with much expertise. They truly saved our day and our piano. Thank you so much.

Wally and Chris were able to fix my Yamaha grand piano C2 after another moving company had made a major error in reassembling my piano after moving it. I am regretful that I trusted the wrong movers initially and had not found Expert Piano Moving to start. They were effective and efficient repairing my piano within the hour of seeing it. They are reputable and recognized and used by Yamaha Canada. I WILL ONLY TRUST Expert Piano Moving to move my piano in the future and highly recommend anyone to only trust this team to do the job right. True professionals
