I filled out one of those get connected cards and no one ever got back to me but when I brought someone with me and he filled out one of those he got called the next day... idk if it's a race thing or something else but I guess it's not the church for me. I was very disappointed...

I’ve been a part of Experience Church for almost 5 years now, and God has completely and forever transformed my life through the life giving teaching, community and leadership from EC. I’ve never been to another church that has believed in me and stood with me in so many ways. I’ve found my passion, my calling and life long friendships and true community at this church, and if these are the things you are looking for as well, then this church is definitely the place for you. EC is For Everyone.

I’ve truly found a family of believers there who have walked with me through some really difficult times. This community and the way they push me closer to Jesus is the reason I love living in Calgary. I’ve made friends for life and have received so much for my own heart participating in their Freedom groups and being a part of the dream team. Pastors Jonathan and Natasha truly care about people and preach the Bible in such a way that is easy to understand for a new believer but is also super challenging, beautiful and deep for someone who has been walking with Jesus for years. In a season where so many have felt isolated and without support, I’ve never felt so surrounded by Jesus loving Spirit filled believers. Thankful beyond words. I love my church family so much.

D	Danielle Short on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years have passed since I attended this church and was involved. I cannot wave a red flag high enough for you. Ive seen many I love burned and hurt and this church specifically has a trail of pain that it’s never seeks to learn from. Zero accountability and some leaders have no problem muddying waters to save appearances. Abuse is rampant and because leadership stands strongly united by to silence the narrative many leave feeling isolated and alone. The church board is a group of individuals selected by the lead pastor. They do not actually have a grasp of what really happens in the church, nor do they get involved. Abuse is never ok, regardless of the “mission” or good intentions. To those that have had a similar experience, I am so sorry. EC: I sure hope you’ve grown.
P	Paula Finnegan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday was a lovely experience worshipping and hearing the teaching. I stayed for both services….that good! After the 2nd service, a couple of girls prayed with me regarding a painful experience I had had. It was sincere and I felt ministered to. Today a whole different church experience. Sadly… On entering, I was approached by one of their pastors, whom I had not previously met and was told that how I had worshipped in their place of worship the previous 9 o’clock service was a distraction. I offered to remain at the back today but in my spirit I felt so uncomfortable and rebuked that I asked the pastor whether we could quickly pray about the conversation. I have learnt to pray in the spirit at all times together with wearing the armour of God. He refused to …saying he had other things he had to do. I believe that something other than Holy Spirit had an agenda this morning regarding myself. I hope, in response to this review, that the pastoral team will be more concerned with getting on their knees to seek Holy Spirit direction when something distracts them in their protocol in the future. A person’s Holy Spirit inspired worship may attract attention or questions because it looks different and feels different when God’s presence is welcomed with sincere to the core praise. It is always better to pray in the spirit for counsel when something different comes your way rather than trying to control it to conform within your understanding.
