As part of the package we were told that we had a $50 USD shipboard cruise credit. We did our cruise, we had no credit on our account. I advised the agent when we returned she stated she would look into it, and nothing was credited to our account, even after numerous emails to the agent.

Julie Derlago is a treat to work with. She is very patient and very knowledgeable, she managed to take out the guess work for me. Booking cruises and hotels and now helping with train schedules in Europe.
She has made the whole experience very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to use this service again and I will do so.
