Our trip required bookings using 3 different airlines. Due to Covid our trip had to be cancelled and we were faced with the complicated task of obtaining refunds from all 3 airlines. We reached to Cali for help and she was truly amazing, working tirelessly to obtain our refunds. To say Cali went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement and we are truly grateful for all her efforts.

I have my own travel agent for business but I always use Gillian for my personal trips - and together we have booked cars, hotels, vacations. She booked an amazing South African safari that was completely personalized to my requests (and without the huge price tag I was expecting). I am still waiting to book a cruise post-covid - but when I do, I will call Gillian for sure. And I love that the office all works cooperatively, so her colleague was available to help me once when Gillian was away.

This was my first time booking an all-inclusive vacation, so I had no idea where to start, but she was extremely patient with both of us in answering all of our questions. She helped us pick a resort that checked off all of our boxes, and was extremely helpful in ensuring we stayed within budget. She even included a comprehensive pack list for travelling during covid, which I thought was very thoughtful. I will definitely be booking through her again!
