Covid ended those plans and after rescheduling for 2021, which also ended up being cancelled, we finally travelled in March 2022. Our friends initially booked this trip through Lissa before we decided to join them. Over the last few years we were booking all of our own travel arrangements online and hadn't used a travel agent for some time. But since Lissa already had all of the booking details for our friends, it was an easy decision to have her also book us on this trip. This ended up being the best decision as Covid certainly has changed & complicated the way to travel. Over the years since we made the initial booking, Lissa was constantly keeping us informed and up to date with all of the ever changing Covid requirements, country entry requirements, and was in constant communication with the cruise line for updates and answers to questions that we asked her about. She went above & beyond what a travel agent duties generally would be and that resulted in our trip being as seamless and well organized as could possibly be. We highly recommend Lissa and the team at Expedia Cruise Centre in west Edmonton - you will not be disappointed.

The most recent trip involved a 10 day cruise, then a 14 day (2 7 days back to back). Because of covid rules we needed several covid tests. Everything was written out in several pages of what we had to do and when and it was very clear what needed to be done. It made our trip planning absolutely flawless. We are so thankful to have someone take care of all the details, make sure we are adequately insured in case needed and I would highly recommend Randy and The Team to take care of any of your travel needs. Any questions or concerns are answered or dealt with in a very timely manner. We have recommended them to anyone and everyone who will listen and there have been a couple of people who have changed their former travel agents to come to Randy.

We received excellent advice and service from Randy and everything went very smoothly, which is extraordinary considering the ever changing rules and regulations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Galapagos cruise was fantastic and is easily one of the best trips we have ever done. I would highly recommend Randy and Expedia cruises.

She has played a key role in planning and organizing 25 cruises for us covering 350 days. She has taken great care of us on every trip. Lissa was particularly important to us when we were quarantined on the Diamond Princess. She cancelled hotels and rebooked them for us, and did the same for our flights home which kept getting changed as we didn’t know what lay ahead. She often spend hours on the phone with Air Canada trying to get us home. We just got home from 30 days cruising in the Caribbean all thanks to Lissa who constantly gets us better deals and offers sound advice. Like Faye says: “every traveller needs a Lissa”. .
