We didn't know exactly what we were looking for at first, but he was patient and worked with us to weed out the things that we didn't want! because we were moving provinces, we were under a time crunch. We had just over a month to pull this off. He probably showed us 30 houses...yeesh. When we finally found our house, he was very helpful in recommending a house inspector and helping us tie all the loose ends that needed to be tied. I would definitely recommend Grayson.

He is very knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. He helped put our minds at ease every step of the way because we knew it was under control.
