We were having trouble with larger retailers (Canadian Tire in particular) because their staff had no experience with safes. We decided to try out a small, local place called Executive Lock & Safe. The staff at Executive Lock & Safe were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They knew exactly what we were looking for and we left happily with a new safe. We plan to use them again, whenever we need a key cut. They are so personable and I want to support local businesses. Highly recommend.

I’ve had numerous problems with Canadian Tire, they have screwed up my keys and I’ve had to turn around and get them recut. They didn’t even apologize. Anyway, I started going to Executive instead. I noticed it one day while driving to the Cat & The Fiddle, and realized I could try a smaller store that specialized in keys. The staff are friendly, quick, and always accurate. I have never had a problem.

He also gave me advise on how to troubleshoot when I install the lock back on the door. Price for rekey and extra copies were very reasonable. Most of all I appreciated his friendly attitude and professional advice. Thank you!
