★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their quote request form has no options for indicating that you don't want to sign up for extra emails, so after submitting a quote request your inbox gets weekly useless emails with spammy subject lines like "Kelsey Stop Paying Those Hidden Costs [NEW BLOG]" and "[PDF DOWNLOAD] We have a free resource that we'd like to give to you!" Meanwhile, instead of actually responding to my quote request, the only human response I got was an email from one of their managers who had apparently looked up my company's website and wanted to know how Excell could weasel into supplying batteries for our other products that weren't even related to my quote request. I had to directly ask them to respond to my original quote request. Severely unimpressed and now uninterested with doing any future business with Excell.
