★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend over and over to build or buy through Excel Homes in Cochrane! Charla is the one to ask for and she is amazing!!!! The whole team is amazing! The energy and great vibes you feel when you go into the office is just wonderful! There was never a dull moment while building our home! Heartland is such a lovely community to start a family in! The ladies are so much fun and I now stop in to say hi when I am out for a walk with my dog! Just overall such a wonderful team and experience!!!! Two thumbs up! :D

ith Michelle about the house that we whant to buy in excel cochrane but she doesn't have a word of honor about the house price that we whant. First she mentioned 370k the price of the house but when we meet to sign a contract the price went up to 430k and it out of range of our budget. Stayaway of this company people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this company not standing behind their words,poor workmanship quality,not responsive,overall poor customer service experience!
they have destroyed good chunk of my property during the excavation of the base for the house next to mine and left holes and trenches in my front yard and alongside of my house after poor ground leveling job done by their subcontractors.holes and trenches are masked with the fresh lawn but excel warranty coordinator keep claiming that landscaping job has done properly denying the problem underneath the lawn.i have submitted a claim on 8 of september and nothing has been done since today's date
