★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service every time I visit for an appointment. The staff really take care to make sure you're comfortable during any procedure, especially with anesthesia and pain management, and they have a gentle touch during tooth fillings I noticed, much less pain and discomfort at this place versus my old dentist. Personally the best dentist office Ive ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my routine cleaning here expecting for my visit to be the same as always. However, I was basically forced to take X-rays even though I have my records and history there from my last visit, as well as me declining to take them. The hygienist explained that they HAVE TO take X-rays if it has been over a year. During my appointment, I found that the office was not taking the current global situation seriously, as I didn't notice a face mask upon greeting, nor any face shields. At the end of my appointment I was SURPRISED by a bill for literally twice the amount. On top of that, I didn't even get polishing or fluoride. I was suppose to be booked for an hour long appointment for a cleaning, and half of that time was spent convincing me to take X-rays. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially during a vulnerable time like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Pan did a lot of fillings for me. I'm happy with her work. They charge a little bit higher than other places but they do a great job. I had a very big cavity on the tooth next to my wisdom tooth caused by my wisdom tooth (I had impacted wisdom teeth). She did a fantastic job by putting some medicine under the filling to fix the damaged nerves and tried her best to avoid a root canal. I went to the office recetly to have one of my fillings checked. They all wear face masks and goggles. Because of the current situation, upon enetry, they ask you to fill in a consent form and they check your body tempereture.
One of my fillings was a little bit cracked and she replaced the filling for free.
I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been Dr Pan's patients for over 10 years. I have nothing but praise for her service. The office staff is always friendly. She is the best dentist I have ever had. She has never recommended any unnecessary procedure. She truly has our best interests at heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Pan is the the best dentist I have been to, it is a total pleasure when she works on my teeth . I don't feel anything . That includes fillings, root canal, and wisdom teeth, where I was nervous about each one. I have been coming to her for over 2 years. I don't think anyone can do better.
