The service (from initial consultation to installation and follow ups) is very good. And most importantly, you get very good value for the money you pay. We visited and got quotes from seven or eight places before signing up with Andrew. And we are not disappointed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to build a business relationship with this company as a General Contractor. The sales person Andrew has no knowledge of the construction of kitchens. He does not write down details or client requests. He does not visit the site to ensure kitchens are installed properly, he does not respond to emails with detailed lists. One kitchen took three weeks to be completely installed, then I had to have other carpenters adjust the kitchen to make it properly installed. Custom kitchens are custom for a reason. The hinges and hardware that the company provides is garbage.
If you are going to deal with Excalibur at all, go directly to the factory and work with the owner Felix. However, kitchen companies are a dime a dozen so keep looking!
