★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience involved purchasing an expensive light switch which didn’t work. Evolve weren’t willing to accept this item back as a return since the packaging was opened. They told me to go through the manufacture... seriously?
Second experience involved asking to purchase a $700 wall sconce, which I was told they’d get back to me on. They never called back or got in touch.
Then finally I tried to purchase track lighting and was told their stock was limited, which is understandable since it isn’t their primary market, but then when I mentioned i’ll look elsewhere (ie Home Depot) the lady said “if you aren’t looking for quality and price is a concern then that’s probably best”...
I won’t be going back.
