I can't believe this banner put this woman in charge. Avoid going to this store and dealing with Gemma the most unprofessional manager.

I used them twice after Air Canada broke my luggage and sent me there for repairs.
However, this store is ridiculously expensive.
You can ask for second hand luggage that was repaired, or new items which have small defects for decent prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sent here by Air Canada to replace those little zipper handles on my Samsonite checked bag that were torn off in transit during a long-haul flight. They made the repair on the spot so, didn't have to come back a second time to pick it up. Great service and friendly, helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very unhappy with how I was just treated in this store. I found the manager to be very rude. I came in to check on the status of my bag repair and was made to feel it was my fault that I was unaware that it would take 6-8 weeks for the repair to occur. I had brought it in 4 weeks earlier, and was asked when I would need it by and was told it wouldn’t be a problem when I answered. All the manager had to do was apologize for the miscommunication. I ended up asking for them to just give me my bag back immediately as I decided that I would rather start the process over again at another repair shop further away then ever have to communicate with this person again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to visit this location I contacted them by phone and they were able to explain how To make a claim with the airline in case I wanted them to pay for the repair cost, they were really patient and they also offered me the option to drop my luggage at any Bentley location in case their Dorval location was far from my house, I ended up bringing the luggage here and they repaired it within 1 hr,, this was amazing since I drove from the east end.. Honestly they are amazing and they really showed professionalism!! Thank you for fixing my luggage now enjoy my vacations!!
