J	Joo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaccurate website hours. Drove 45 minutes to pick up an order and it said open until 9. Its 8:20 and closed up. A liquor store in Alberta closed at 8pm on a Thursday. For a second I thought I was in Ontario at an LCBO.

That was not yet the issue as I was disappointed but still ok with the product as it was still of good quality and a refund was suggested.The issue was no apology from the "spirits manager" just an excuse as to why the add was not showing the correct product info. It was then turned around on me and I was told that I should have called them first before ordering. Updating product info is a constant in any business, especially now a days with so much on line purchasing . To not take responsiblity for it and blame the customer is the issue as well as how people think it's acceptable to talk to people how ever they want over the phone.

The staff not only helped me find all the specialty craft beer I was looking for but helped me carry it all to the car. Amazing selection & staff. My new liquor store in Sherwood Park!

The prices aren't always the cheapest but they do have a great selection of spirits, wines, and beer/coolers. I'm guessing staff cost money and they seem to get what they pay for in a good way. The tasting bar is always fun as they usually recommend you try something you wouldn't normally have.
