★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury does not mean functionally designed, well built, or well managed. At least not to Cressey or Apt rentals. Thin walls, no stair access, cheap fixtures/appliances, landlord blinly violates tenants rights, common areas rarely clean/tidy, advertised amenities not completed with no estimated completion in sight. Save yourself the money and hassle, there are plenty of nicer rentals around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building management I’ve ever experienced. Wish I could give zero stars. Nothing gets done and no one responds to you whether it be through the portal, email, phone. Don’t expect any help if you have any issues… also note that there are no mirrors in the parkade for visibility of oncoming cars turning around the corner (even after we submitted a request to put mirrors up after getting into a car accident with an oncoming car).

So far the experience with the building manager and the process is itself very professional. We are excited for our new beginning in Everlea. A special thanks to Sana!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the process so far. Being able to access everything - from the application, to the lease, and beyond - within the same portal is extremely convenient. The support and response from the building manager during the process was reassuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property isn't as bad as the other reviewers make it seem. I currently live here (Feb 2022) and so far I am quite happy. The walls are a bit thin, but otherwise the amenities and quality of construction is solid for me. Management can be quick to respond via the portal, but I haven't tried email/phone. I enjoy my spot here, and hope others do too.
