M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I experienced a loss of a loved one this year and Everlasting Memorials has made the experience absolutely much worse. We sent Matt several emails on what we want, changes, etc, and each time there was something that came back incorrect. Their website states that they are there to help ease the process, and that they pride themselves of being committed to a high standard since 1986; but where was this ease and high standard when we were dealing with him. We were clear and he obviously didn't care to listen to what we wanted. Each time we communicated with him he was also unfriendly. And Matt wasn't even going to do anything for us for our troubles after we complained. He finally said that he can throw in a "CHEAP" frame that we can choose from. Yes he said cheap. Completely disgusted with the service we received.

Then again in 2016 for my dad we received the same care and compassion. Then my sister and great nephew also passed but my broth-in-law had used another company for their headstone and they put them in the wrong place and to fix there mistake was going to charge a Hugh amount to money to fix it!! I called Everlasting they came out fixed the placements (which was not there doing) now everything is perfect I strongly recommend Everlasting Memorials for all your needs they will surely help in a very caring way! I emailed Matt, and he responded quickly. He offered to create a quality product within my budget, and in a timely fashion. During the process, he made the adjustments I requested. I was very impressed with the final product. I was treated professionally and respectfully. I highly recommend this company.

From the very start I was treated with kindness and compassion and we went through various types of headstones, sizes, formats, etc. as I had never had to do something like this before. This is always a difficult time and I was very pleased with how easy staff made the process. I love the fact that you are emailed a mock up of the headstone so that you can make modifications if need be. The end result was a beautiful memorial and my children and I were so pleased that when installed it looked even better than it looked online.
