A pine tree needed to be removed and he was extremely patient and thorough in explaining the why the pine tree was dying and how he was able to estimate how much time it had left. He also gave me excellent suggestions for the upkeep of my other trees to keep them happy and healthy for as long as possible. The pine tree was very large, so removal was challenging but Evergreen Ltd. definitely rose to the challenge. The root removal was extremely impressive, and they left the ground surprisingly clean and flatter than they found it! I am also experiencing some trouble regarding a fruit tree that is along the fence I share with a neighbor. After trying to resolve the issue myself, and giving my neighbor a try last tear, neither of us were happy with the outcome and I decided it was best to leave it to the experts. He was compassionate to both parties, and focused on the customs, city bylaws, and what was best for the tree itself in creating a plan for the tree, and then a backup plan. I was thankful they were able to fit us into their busy fall schedule, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Our dog already misses the excitement from his spot at the front window!

If not for the smell of cut wood, I wouldn't have even known they were there. There was no mess and no damage - the mulch didn't even look disturbed. I have used much bigger landscaping companies before this and paid much more and received less helpful information than I did with Aaron and his crew. I will definitely be using them in the future!

He was able to provide us with recommendations for the care of our cracked mountain ash to keep it healthy as long as possible. They showed up on time and did an amazing job removing a couple trees and cutting down some diseased hedges. They cleaned up behind themselves, and you’d never know they’d been there, except our yard looks better! We will definitely be using Evergreen again in the future and would refer them without hesitation to our friends and family members.

Even though Aaron and his folks had to deal with some mechanical issues, they had a great attitude and get it done approach. Really appreciate Aaron fitting the job in before winter and I can’t wait to see how these new trees look with some blossoms on them! I would recommend Aaron!
