★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not easy to find the houses, sometimes the GPS will guide you to the wrong address. If you are new, refer the map at the entrace.

Reason for that is , I wanted to buy a mobile home in the park , made the deal with the owner to buy it,
But needed approval from the park to rent the land from them , one of the park manager's approved and the
Other did not , so they said no , so with that being said why do the need to have two or more manager's,
So I would say stay away from this company as the don't know what the other one has said ( your approved but I have to ask the other manager)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family and community committed. Local gas station restaurant/pub and senior center. Playground ice rink so kid friendly. Out of the city atmosphere and environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quite neighborhood just north east of clareview. Management takes great care of thr Park itself. Roads are cleared within 24 hours of snow fall. Wonderful area for families and seniors. Community store, pharmacy and restaurant located in the park. Skating ring, seniors center and Community hall all located with in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived in the Park for 8 years and we have really enjoyed our time here. We aren't very socially active, but the other residents that we have met are REALLY friendly. The thing that we have liked the most is how everyone is So willing to look out for their neighbors. The Evergreen gossip page on FB is a great way to keep up on what is happening around the area.
We have also enjoyed the different programs that are available for every age.( Prior to Covid-19)
All in all there is ALWAYS something to do, IF you are willing to put yourself out there and get involved. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet. Nice people, animal and child friendly. Nice walking paths, decent park, open fields. Has a conner store, restaurant, a community hall, pharmacy, skate rink, and community garage sales in the summer.
