We, at EverClean, were struck by how hard it can be to get an appointment for septic cleaning service so we did a little research and realized it is unfortunately a very under-serviced market. Further, we noticed that the competition which does exist doesn’t seem to care about doing a better job. We decided that we could provide higher quality service for a more affordable price and that we’d make it one of our core values to provide a customer-centered service model with on-demand appointments rather than make you wait unnecessarily.
Combined, we have a customer service background totaling 70 years, and we bring extensive technical expertise and professional driving experience to our company. We come from backgrounds as diverse as education, automotive service, and sales & customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, I called Richard to come clean my septic. He got stuck in the drive way which he should not have. I called a friend to pull him out and he came within an hour at my expense which I offered and I paid him for his services which were not used. He then proceeded to insult me calling me "lazy" and continually said that I cost him 700.00 for that hour lost. I will never call him again and make sure no one I know will. Rude, disrespectful and drove off after I paid without getting serviced done. I'm now calling someone else.
