★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse photobooth service I have ever used. I work in events and have used many companies and variations of photobooths and we decided to give these guys a shot. Never again.
Here's a summary:
We spoke several times over the phone to confirm the details of the event, our needs, and what they would provide.
One person showed up day of (we agreed to 2, one for taking the photos, and one to print).
The photographer had no idea the photobooth was supposed to be outdoors.
They did not set up a booth or backdrop as promised.
An hour into 'shooting' the photographer came and showed us pictures of the surrounding nature (not of people, which is the whole purpose of a photobooth - a stationary booth for people to go and take photos).
At the end of the day, we got less than 10 printed photos (whereas we paid for unlimited prints).
We had a sponsor for this booth, but without a 'booth' set up, they did not get the promised exposure.
We complained and reached out several times after the event to share our discontent and asked for a refund because we did not get what was promised, and instead, the owner offered a discount on a future rental. Someone would have to pay us lots of money to ever use this company again (and I would use that money to book another company to actually run the photobooth).
Do not book them! There are plenty of other great photobooth rental services out there that will actually deliver on their promises and have much better customer service and solutions if there's ever an issue.

They provide excellent customer service, by organizing and coordinating booths and Marquis letters for my daughter's sixteenth birthday. In addition, they aided my son's birthday party; Every family or party, gathering I use them because they're very reliable, fun and amazing.
