My name is Jessica and at the heart, I am a country girl who appreciates simple things such as warm breezes, vast skies, and nature’s way of healing and renewing itself. I have a faith-based outlook in my personal and professional life and strive to live with integrity and authenticity.
I am a certified Canadian counsellor and am passionate about helping others navigate through the complexities and challenges of life. My experience and education provide me with a deep understanding of how we develop, what we need to not only survive but to flourish, and how to be there for my clients in a supportive, and helpful way.
I have been privileged to spend many years working in group homes, treatment centers, and family centers empowering and assisting those who have experienced complex trauma, addictions, family issues, mental health concerns, and individuals who are trying to make sense of who they are.
I understand it takes courage and even desperation to reach out for help. You don’t need to go through this alone and I am here to provide tools, insight, and strategies that fit best for you and your goals. Let’s do this together.
