Really awesome bus compared to the coal ones back home in Poland. I remember back home if you missed the bus after a long day working in factory you must walk 16km through snow to get home. Very angry people give review here. I am happy. Edmonton is Nova Kiev <3

Unreliable !! Please ETS and the City if you want to encourage people to use transit please be considerate of changing / rerouting / cancelling routes on a whim because of some event. Consider the major road just that; a transportation gateway not a free for all for 12 people maybe watching a parade... give me break !! STOP messing with people's lives some people have to rely on the bus service, not just during commuter times. Little or no notice is given to detours and they do not keep the twitter up to date -- I don't who does that if that just customers commenting but where is the official information then on detours and such during events. Also I agree with a previous poster about letting people ride for free. This is all too common and a joke that others pay for a pass and have to show it; however act drunk or off your face and no problem, ride around on transit for free. Excellent place to sleep it off too. Security -- or lack of it -- is a major issue.

I don't find it to be the "worst" but our Sunday and Evg need improvement. My.major complaint is the gutlessness of the drivers in dealing with undesirables. There is NO policy in regards to fare paying. It's like the fare is a suggestion. I pay 94.00 a month while others just get on and ride. In spite of rules, people get on with Smart Car size strollers and four other kids under the fare paying age to occupy the entire front of the bus. Get drivers with guts.

Lost my wallet. i get a call on at 3:30 pm Friday they found it. Catch s 12 minute late bus getting there. Arrive at 4:37 pm closed. I'm talking to the people on the other side of the screen. There there. But all I get is "see you Monday". So I was "P" ed off at them. Come Monday morning at 8 am got my wallet back, with money and I'd, and bus passes still inside !! So its good service, (the lost&found) just bring your patience with you.

Lets give it up for the possibly worst transit system in the world, unlucky for me I usually have no option but to take ETS, to sum it all up as other upset people did, the buses come too late or early, buses never depart on time, and is a 1/10 chance the bus will actually be on time. I don't blame the drivers, I blame their stupid management for allowing this to slide. This is Edmonton, we're a city not a down and I know that they are given millions or even close to a billion dollars a year to maintain their garbage system, add more routes new buses and have your drivers properly trained.

If you need to be somewhere 30 minutes late, like being crammed into a bus with 100 other people or enjoying being stranded on the side of the road then this is the service for you. The trains don't run properly, the sign boards don't work, the buses are either late, overcrowded or on really fun days drive by you in an attempt to keep this title as worst service ever. Thankfully I have the means and ability to chose to drive and after the last 10 days of experiencing a new low in service levels I am exercising that choice. I do worry about those that don't have the choice; how terrible that they are forced to rely on such an unreliable service

I am very thankful to ETS lost and found Centre and the bus driver of Route 67 who was driving on last Friday afternoon from Millwoods Centre towards Meadows.My son lost his cellphone which had his student bus pass too on that bus last Friday and when he informed to me about it,I phoned 311 and got the important Information and further procedure.I really like the ETS lost and found form online on their website stating every single detailed Information about the cell phone and how he lost it.Today I got an e-mail for picking the lost cell phone from the ETS lost and found centre by appointment. I was helped by Barb.Excellent Customer Service and quick responsive Service.

Bus routes should go back how it once was. It takes longer to go to places and if you miss one bus you gotta wait half hour since no back up buses. West end transit cant see no buses behind each bus. There should be time with each bus coming and where each bus is going.. Than have it crossed of as it passes through.
