★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard from etechbikes is a very friendly and personable guy. I had trouble with my ebike and Richard happily helped me trouble shoot the bike over the phone and he narrowed it down to an issue with the controller. 5 star service.

After having spoke to multiple EBike dealers and manufacturers across Canada and from each being lead in the direction of giving up and buying a new Bike. I finally stumbled upon Richard's site and contacted him. He not only addressed my issues without needing the full story he full on educated me and gave me multiple options to get me on the right path. I felt like a friend of the family.
