Depuis que c'est devenu eStruxture, la qualité du service n'a cessé de descendre ! Tous les spécialistes à qui je parlais sont partis et maintenant pour la création d'une simple VM, il y a des délais de 1,2, semaines et des signatures interminables de contrats pas trop clairs ! C'est devenu inefficace.
Je souhaite grandement qu'ils prennent ça en main ou que les anciens propriétaires rachètent la compagnie ! :/
Our supplier since 2017, when they were called Netelligent and was managed by Quebecers concerned about the quality of service. The service was efficient, prompt, courteous and personalized.
Since it became eStruxture, the quality of service has continued to decline! All the specialists I was talking to have left and now for the creation of a simple VM, there are delays of 1,2, weeks and endless signatures of contracts not too clear! It has become ineffective.
I very much hope that they take this in hand or that the former owners buy the company! : /

Started with a server getting configured wrong, and no one would respond back to fix it. Had to chase them, kept telling me to deal with my account manager - who for some reason never responds.
Cancelled the incorrect server, and they proceeded to bill me for almost an entire year for a partial charge, and when I asked to have it fixed - they told me I hadn't cancelled it. (Sent in the ticket cancelling the server). They then told me it was not part of the cancelled server. Sent in the bill prior to, during the server being active, and after showing that it appeared at the same time as the server. Been fighting this for months.
Requested they cancel my service entirely. Instead they billed me another couple months. At one point their system changed near the end of this and I received a notice that if I did not put my credit card in my services would not continue. Instead - they pulled my card from the old system and continued to charge it.
Used to be a great company, will never do business with again.
