Tipping:
Our salon has a firm No Tipping Policy. We are professionals and we are happy to provide our services without gratuities. We are honoured and grateful for your loyalty and referrals.
Our Environment:
During your service we ask that you turn your electronic devices off. If you are waiting, we ask that you are considerate of other guests by speaking softly on your cellphones. Please respect our service areas and remain in the front reception area while you wait.
Booking Appointments:
We welcome and encourage you to book your next appointment before you leave to secure your preferred time and availability. Our goal is that you are comfortable scheduling your services with any of our Stylists or Estheticians. We work together - as a team. Please book with anyone you choose.
Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel or reschedule, as a courtesy to all, please notify us as soon as possible. Ideally, cancellations require a minimum 24 hours notice.
Please Note: Due to unforeseen scheduling situations we may have no choice but to reschedule your appointment(s). Please understand that we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
Children:
Children are welcome in our salon for hair services, however in consideration of others it is recommended that children do not accompany you on your salon visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff member I deal with is amazing. However, the owner leaves little to be desired. Her “10 Commandments” list outside are in very poor taste, if this is her sense humour, it is offensive. No LAUGHING, are you kidding? And quoting Justine Trudeau “speaking mostly” also says much about her character. I wouldn’t spend a dime in this salon, but the staff member I see is outstanding.
