Il refuse de me rembourser des prélèvements qui ont été fait dans mon compte malgré le fait qu'il on la preuve que je l'ai résilié. Il m'ont envoyé des lettres pour me dire que j'avais déménagé et il ont malgré tout continué à me charger les services. J'ai appeler plusieurs fois mais personnes ne veut coopérer, il dise de ne pas avoir les appels . Au total, j'ai pour 400$ de frais qui l'ont été facturer par erreur, je suis extrêmement furieuse. Je déconseille cette compagnie fortement, car se sont des voleurs. Very sloppy service. He refuses to reimburse me for the withdrawals that were made from my account despite the fact that there is proof that I canceled it. They sent me letters to tell me that I had moved and they still continued to charge me with services. I have called several times but no one wants to cooperate, he says not to have the calls. In total, I have $ 400 in fees that were billed in error, I am extremely furious. I strongly recommend this company because they are thieves.

Z	Zain M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY WILL SCAM YOU DO NOT GO HERE My old car broke down so I wanted to put my insurance on hold. They then said all they can do is cancel. So I proceed since the car is literally broken, but I was eventually able to repair my car later. Now I am trying to get insurance, not only does nobody want to insure me because I have a gap of insurace, but ESSOR is now charging me 3x the amount I used to pay plus an additional 150$ because I canceled my insurace and I am considered high risk. They are telling me it is my fault since I should have put the car "in storage" instead of cancelling, but I never knew this and was never told this even though I TOLD THEM SPECIFICALLY I WANT TO TEMPORARILY CANCEL MY INSURANCE AND I WILL BE BACK IN A MONTH IF I CAN FIX THE CAR Now i literally cannot drive my car because these people do not know how to inform people about car insurace and the risks of having a gap of insurace.
