G	Gerry Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live across the road from the Esso on york road guelph. Went there this morning to cash in scratch tickets and was told they don't scan tickets at this location? I was there less then a week ago and cashed in over $50 worth with out any issues, yet when I ask the gental man why he refused to do it he just walked away and side no get out go call the O.L.G! I'm not very happy with this nor was the way he talked to me/ a paying customer. There is no signs at all stating they don't scan tickets. They will take my money for new ones but will not pay out if they win?? W.T.F. is wrong with this.
M	Ms Temple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced poor customer service here. After fueling up my car I realized I needed to put air in a tire and needed change to pay for it. When I asked the male attendant he made me feel very uncomfortable, staring at me and rolling his eyes as though he was doing me a favour. I left and over at Gino's they were exceptionally helpful.

I find the gas usually priced higher than most stations in the city, most likely because there isn't any other gas stations nearby. It is usually not busy, my guess is because of the higher prices. I have never really had any super customer service or anything there. Parking is limited and all the way past the pumps so if you're running in just to grab something and not getting gas it isn't exactly convenient. No car wash at this location either.
H	Heather P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNBELIEVABLE: Bought gas there two weeks ago. Paid at pump and got receipt. Next day, a police officer comes to my house to say that they have been notified I left without paying for my gas!!! Thank goodness I had my receipt. I had to go back and prove I paid. Clerk was unhelpful and unapologetic and I asked for the owner or manager to call me back to apologize and confirm the police report would be withdrawn. No phone call, still, two weeks later. I had to send all my ID and recipt to the officer myself so the report would be corrected.
M	Michael Dailous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good spot, easy access. Good convenience store. Only reason for 4-stars is for some reason this station doesn't offer 93 octane. Besides that, they have diesel and everything else you'd expect. Clean.
