J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash here is ok, but the way the station as a whole is managed is poor. Multiple pumps don’t work properly (in that they cut off constantly - about half the pumps there so this and have done so for years even though I’ve reported it). They have literally just run out of gas and it took the employees like 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong. Today a bunch of the pumps say “sorry - pump is unavailable” but there’s no sign or cone so people keep pulling up to the pump, getting out of their car, and then discovering that the pump is off. The receipts they give you are - no joke - like 2.5’ worth of paper. Like you can seriously show up, buy nothing but gas, and walk away with a 2 and a half foot receipt. Only in the lower mainland could you have such a poorly managed business continue to operate based, I imagine, only on the location and the car wash. Update: Car wash door doesn’t open. Shall I Drive in Now? This place sucks. I had to go into the store 4 times this morning just to get gas and a car wash. Whoever manages this place should be fired and replaced with a house plant.
D	David Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the 7-Eleven acquisition of the Esso convenience stores, they now sell 7-Eleven products despite also housing a self-serve Tim Hortons counter. You can get typical 7-Eleven fare such as sandwiches, Slurpees, taquitos, and hot dogs. There is a car wash at this location.

I don’t know why company doesn’t take action against these type of guys. In Every gas station washroom is for public. If these guys can’t allow customer for washroom then why should we stop there to buy gas & other groceries. Worst gas station in city. I want to give negative rating.They have Tim Hortins inside also. They are spoiling name of Esso, 7 eleven as well as Tim Hortins.

Good honest workers , a Christmas ago I forgot my son's ps4 cards worth 150dollars, when I called the nice women at the counter and the owner they had them there for me. Wow.Great service!??? Theres a hands free car wash, theres a washroom in the 7-11but I've never seen it open since covid but there are washrooms at the library next door. Most stores have health guidelines you should follow..The Scotia bank has their atm's in all 7-11's. Helpful..The store is clean and has wonderful service.Thx again for saving my son's Christmas last year.Bless

With the price of gas and billions of dollars in quarterly profits, the company could at least have properly functioning pumps! I have started going elsewhere...
s	sasha-ann styles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy that works here is incapable of good customer service he's extremely rude and unhelpful and it seems to be a recurring issue with this esso. I don't feel comfortable coming to this location but I dont drive and it's the only store close by since I walk. I hate going here because the guy literally tells you to calm down for no reason... does he not realize telling people to calm down is counter productive. My transaction was canceled and all I said was I don't know what happened. And he tells me I need to calm down... I am calm I just didn't know what happened like what the actual heck. By the end of my visit I had anxiety shakes.
