If you've shopped around for parts in 2022 you already know most things can be next to impossible to get. With back orders stretching back months, the global supply chain has forced us to change our inventory outlook in order to keep product on the shelf and ready to ship at a moments notice. This has forced us to order some parts 4-6 months in advance, anticipating demand for certain products before they even hit the shelves. To accomplish this we invested heavily into AI and predictive inventory managment software. Customer service is fantastic! One bulb was finicky/faulty and they were quick to honour the warranty (All I needed to do was pay shipping).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of morimoto headlights.I didn’t get an order confirmation. Waited over a week for them to tell me they were back ordered even though website said instock. I Literally had to get angered to get a response. After it was fulfilled, i had to email them back for a tracking number. When it arrived i set out to install them on my truck. After a by the book installation, I went for a ride and the mounting tabs broke. Must’ve been cracked during shipping. No worries i said morimoto has a warranty. After explaining what happened they basically told me “i can’t help talk with morimoto or glue them back on”.
Like really? I spend 1000$+ and thats your answer. Customer service is trash but they sell nice stuff i guess. Just don’t expect much help after you give your hard earned $$

Fastest shipping I've seen, but only one box came in because of a problem with Canada Post. tried contacting Canada Post with no luck. Sent these guys a quick message to give them a heads up on what I was dealing with and within a few hours they messaged me back with a tracking number for the second box. Top Notch Service, Will definitely order from them again and recommend!
