She is a registered massage therapist RMT, so she could bill direct to ICBC and I didn't have to pay anything at my appointments. She was always on-time, professional, and was able to complete some deep tissue massage on my upper and lower back. She recommended acupuncture as a secondary treatment. She was able to deal with ICBC directly to get my sessions approved and paid for. The acupuncture complimented the RMT treatments great and it was super easy and hassle free. I would higher recommend her. You have to call ahead to book because she is usually booked up.

She has helped me with many aches and injuries over the years, I’ll always go back to her and her practice. Her knowledge to get muscles to release is 2nd to none, she has helped with concussion and whiplash problems when others had failed and now with post surgery recoveries ! You will regret the choice of coming when she makes you whimper or tap out but I promise you you’ll thank her and yourself at the end of your appointment(s).

I appreciated that he checked in about the level of pressure, he definitely knew what muscles to hit; and he was very polite and professional. I feel so much better afterwards.

She is knowledgeable and fixes my sore muscles like you would not believe. She is also super easy going and friendly. Other therapists are all her previous students and learned her craft. I will not waste time and money by going anywhere else for someone to just push oil on my skin.

I have seen a couple of massage therapists at Esposito Massage and I am beyond thankful for their knowledge and professionalism. I have a serious back injury and Liz has been able to pinpoint the affected muscles and increase my quality of life! Liz has also treated my young child for her stomach issues! I highly recommend!

I've been having a lot of shoulder and upper body tension from carrying the weight of the baby and he was able to alleviate that plus the strain on my hips. They don't have pregnancy pillows or a pregnancy table. But I was still able to get a prenatal massage by lying on my side. Wish I got this more often earlier in the pregnancy! Massage therapy room and washrooms were clean. Lots of street parking. Definitely recommend :)

Elizabeth did a great job at focusing on the area. Used the right amount of force and I left feeling great. ? safety protocols were in place and the building was really neat. Will definitely be going back. Highly suggested.
