Syndicat de copropriété qui agit de façon totalement abusive, qui réclame des frais excessifs à quiconque, pour n'importe quelle raison. Manque total de professionnalisme, menaces constantes de poursuites (frôlant la quérulence) dès qu'il est impossible de s'entendre sur le moindre petit différend.
Atteintes incroyables à la vie privée (surveillance extrême à l'aide des cartes d'accès aux unités).
Surtout, ne pensez pas pouvoir inviter des amis dans les aires communes: les résidents comptent vos invités puis appellent la sécurité dès que vous êtes 5 plutôt que 4...
Au prix que ça coûte, pensez-y deux fois avant d'acheter!

Syndicate of co-ownership which acts in a completely abusive way, which claims excessive costs to anybody, for any reason. Total lack of professionalism, constant threats of pursuit (bordering on quarrels) as soon as it is impossible to agree on the smallest dispute.
Incredible privacy breaches (extreme surveillance using unit access cards).
Above all, do not think you can invite friends in common areas: residents count your guests and then call security as soon as you are 5 rather than 4 ...
At the price it costs, think twice before buying!
