★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was venting to a friend with a long career in digital marketing about how poorly designed the Kitchener Utilities, and Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro websites are: Bad user experience design choices throughout. Not "accessible" (probably failing AODA compliance?).
Anyway, she replied, "Oh, I found the problem! The site is designed by eSolutions Group. Literally every website they do is a UX nightmare."
And now it all makes sense.
Hopefully they'll recruit some talented UX people (*and LISTEN to them*), or, failing that, hopefully our local government/utilities will find a more competent agency to give our tax dollars to.
