★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie. Demande de soumission début septembre 2017, M. Lussier me mentionne que j'aurai un retour d'ici 1 semaine. Je le contacte 2 semaines plus tard puisque je n'ai pas de nouvelles. Il me répond que la soumission est faite, mais qu'il avait perdu mon numéro et mon e-mail. Je lui donnes les informations et il me confirme que le tout sera envoyé durant la journée. Nous sommes fin septembre à ce moment. Le lendemain toujours rien et je le contacte de nouveau. Il me réponds qu'il y a un problème avec son G-Mail et que le problème sera réglé d'ici 2 jours. 2 jours passent et toujours rien. Début octobre, je reçois un e-mail vide de sa part. Je le contacte de nouveau, toujours un problème de G-mail. Je lui suggère de m'envoyer la soumission autrement ou je peux passer la chercher. Il ne peut pas faire autrement selon lui. Par la suite, il ne retourne plus mes appels pendant 2 semaines. Je réussi à le rejoindre le 16 octobre (1 mois et demi après la demande ) Il me dit avoir beaucoup de travail en ce moment. Je lui demande de me dire s'il ne peut pas faire la 'job' et s'il a belle et bien faite la soumission. Il me répond que oui et promets de m'envoyer cela la soirée même. 2 jours plus tard rien reçu. Bref, M. Lussier m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et je m'interroge sur le sérieux de cette compagnie....Si vous avez 2 mois à perdre je vous le conseille fortement.
Very bad experience with this company. Request for submission in early September 2017, Mr. Lussier tells me that I will have a return within 1 week. I contact him 2 weeks later since I have no news. He replied that the submission was made, but that he had lost my number and my email. I give him the information and he confirms that everything will be sent during the day. We are at the end of September at this time. The next day still nothing and I contact him again. He replied that there is a problem with his G-Mail and that the problem will be resolved within 2 days. 2 days go by and still nothing. At the beginning of October, I receive an empty e-mail from him. I contact him again, still a G-mail problem. I suggest he send me the submission otherwise or I can pick it up. He can not do otherwise according to him. Thereafter, it does not return my calls for 2 weeks. I managed to reach him on October 16 (1 month and a half after the request) He tells me that I have a lot of work at the moment. I ask him to tell me if he can not do the 'job' and if he has done well and well the submission. He says yes and promise to send it to me the same evening. 2 days later nothing received. In short, Mr. Lussier made me lose a lot of time and I wonder about the seriousness of this company .... If you have 2 months to lose I strongly recommend it.
