He was easy to communicate with, and was always quick to answering any questions I had. He was also understanding of anything I perhaps was second guessing (as was Emily). He made me feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing when I first walked in which I was grateful for. He also kept me in the loop with the status of my car (given the car shortage I had to wait a bit to receive it). Cameron was also very helpful the day I picked up my car. I have been buying, servicing my vehicles from them for long long time and would definitely recommend anyone who’s interested in Toyota to visit and experience. My recent visit where I had issues with my tire, the service specialist Hari went above and beyond not only to fix but also followed up next day to check everything was good. That’s just one example even their finance team is great and they work with you to get good deal yet keeping Toyota standards always first. Thanks Erin Park Toyota!
