Asked for a 3/8" fitting. They ordered me a 1/2" fitting.
Why?
The salesman told me when it arrived "The one you showed us looked like 1/2" not 3/8", so we ordered 1/2".
I told you it was 3/8! Are you deaf?? Do you own a tape measure?? Are you just incompetent?? Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I'm very out of my depth when it comes to this sort of stuff, the staff here were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going to see them. I believe the gentleman I was talking with was the manager and he recommended something that I needed and he was able to work through my description to get exactly what I needed! 100% recommend!!
