Le courtier avec qui j'ai fait affaire FAIT PARTIE de l'Equipe Sollazzo, il est sur votre site web présentement. Il représentait la vendeuse de la propriété faisait l'intermédiaire avec moi même. Je n'étais PAS représentée par un agent, encore moins d'une autre bannière. Il m'a seulement répondu qu'il n'arrivait pas a obtenir la signature de sa cliente. Il n'a jamais réussi, ce n'est pas normal... Il me semble qu'il m'a dit qu'étant donné que la propriété avait été vendu à qqn d'autre finalement, il ne devrait pas y avoir de problème... Mais ce n'est pas professionnel du tout. Voyons une offre a 345 000$ qui n'est pas officiellement signée comme étant refusée par le vendeur!!!! J'ai lâché prise après avoir écrit mon premier avis il y a sept mois parce que j'ai compris que Équipe Sollazzo ne m'aiderait pas a clore le dossier professionnellement et légalement.... Je trouve ça épouvantable. Et voici que vous répondez que tout est correct, que VOTRE courtier ne fait pas partie de l'équipe ou de la bannière? C'est n'importe quoi. Il est sur votre site. Vraiment, vois vendez beaucoup, mais vous ne l'aurez jamais comme cliente et je passe le mot a mon entourage. Lorsque j'ai trouvé ma maison actuelle je l'ai en effet achetée a l'aide d'un autre courtier, avec une autre bannière. Vivre le cauchemar que j'ai vécu avec une agence comme la vôtre c'est ahurissant. I can't answer, so I have to give another opinion ... Let's see an offer at $ 345,000 which is not officially signed as being refused by the seller !!!! I let go after writing my first opinion seven months ago because I understood that Team Sollazzo would not help me close the case professionally and legally .... I find it appalling. Il ne s'est jamais présenté et n'a même pas appeler pour canceller notre rencontre. Manque de professionnalisme. I want to sell my property. Madalenna Sollanzo never greeted us when we have arrived, she showed bad behavior and un professionalism towards me and my wife during the WHOLE house tour. When asked a question she was unsure about her answers and never gave us an explanatory tour of the house which showed unprofessionalism. She gave bad energy and horrible customer service. You would NOT want to deal with her or her team. STAY away from her and get a better Agent
