He certainly lived up to his promise and I will be forever thankful for that. We had a lot of people attend each of the weekly open days. He constantly followed up with the results of each open day. He called us during the week and offered great advice relative to the anticipated sale. He became a very good friend during the short period we knew him. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His constant and regular communication was most welcome as we were becoming very depressed that no sale had yet been forthcoming with the previous broker we were doing business with. He constantly encourage us which made the long wait so much more acceptable. We made a wonderful friend during our six weeks with him, my wife and I can only sing his praises.
