C	C Heritage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working in the flooring industry for close to a decade naturally puts strains on the body, after many years of waking up with a sore, stiff and painful back, and trying multiple therapies with only getting temporary relief at best, I heard about osteopathy through a class mate and was also recommended Cole. I did not know what to expect, but once I got there Coles professionalism and manner really helped me feel comfortable and cared for, he also explained how my consistent heart burn could be something he may help me with, which was news to me. It has been about 3 weeks since my initial treatment and I cannot wait to go back! I could feel a difference as soon as I left his office, and now 3 weeks later I am still waking up and feeling as if I am ready for the day. My back no longer aches or is stiff when I wake up and I've noticed my hurtburn went from occurring daily for no reason to only happening a handful of times in the last 3 weeks, which is amazing for me because its an issues I have been dealing with since I was a kid. I would recommend Cole and osteopathy to anyone who feels they have any issues at all that they think this might help with. Im so blessed to have been recommended Cole and hope others will find the help I was looking for. Thank you Cole!

More recently my back seized up and I went from not being able to stand up straight to walking normally and being able to return to Pilates. I really believe in osteopathy and Cole is very experienced and knowledgeable in what he is doing. I trust him completely and highly recommend him. My family doctor only offered me pain pills or steroid injections (no thanks!) and a chiropractor scared me a lot as I found it very violent and scary hearing my bones crack and pop (no thanks!). Osteopathy is a gentle non invasive technique for dealing with my pain that was affecting my everyday life for years . Coles knowledge of the human body and it’s physiology is amazing. Worth every penny as when you’re in pain it affects every minute of your life (even your sleep!).

He is easy to talk with and follows up on any questions I have online and in person. And the results are amazing! I had no idea how regaining good blood flow in many parts of my body would help with so many things - some of which I was not initially attending for! I am not kidding you when I say my digestion is better- gluten is not bothering me at all. I still limit it but I can eat it now. My sinus headaches are practically gone. My energy is really high. I feel great. My neck, shoulders and hips are adjusting and feeling much improved. I was surprised at how deep the treatment went when it was so gently done. I was sore and dizzy from my first treatment for two weeks. But my body adapted as Cole said it would. I am so glad my friend Lisa introduced me to this amazing alternative treatment! No more numb hands or headaches, the neck pain is significantly improved and I have hope for a full recovery from this. Also, I had a pre existing shoulder injury that was injured further in the accident, after doing all the required WCB Physio treatments and no improvement, I have been finally seeing results and decreased pain that will allow me to get to the required surgery without suffering daily in pain. I cannot recommend Cole enough. Equilibrium Osteopath has been amazing!

Before seeing Cole for treatment I had submitted to the thought that pain was second nature and there were just things my body couldn't do- but I was wrong. With every session I was amazed by the progress, but the really amazing part is when overtime you realize those recurring issues that pop up now and then haven't popped up in months. If you aren't seeing Cole for treatment, you are cheating yourself!
