No garbage cans. Trees are so over grown not really a lookout. Loved the picnic tables under the pavilion but not marked for social distancing.

Wow, the view here is breathtaking. Great for a session or a picnic or meditation. It's a wee out of the way for the average traveller, but so worth it. The valley below is gorgeous and the farms that dot the landscape are fascnating. It's easy to recall how it would have looked during John Muir days. There's a dedication historical marker for Muir for walked this route during his Meaford days. The trail is a wee short, but can be fun if you are there for a picnic. Plenty of picnic tables and its quiet too.

Very nice. They have large picnic tables under a large roof. Washroom is a large shed out house. Didn't see any sign of running water. No evidence of fire pits for cooking. I presume you have to bring your own stove or BBQ. Not certain cooking is allowed.

The lookout is really visible in winter time because in summer the trees cover up. There are portable toilets and free parking.

Beautiful lookout spot to get out, stretch and have some lunch. Parking appears to be free. The large parking lot holds roughly 20 cars. There is a pavilion with a few picnic tables. No sign of a bathroom on site (Oct 2020). A Bruce Trail side trail winds through the adjacent forest area - perfect parking spot for someone hiking the Trail as it passes right through Epping. Beautiful view of the Beaver Valley with a plaque dedicated to the environmental contributions of famous American naturalist, John Muir.
