I have never used their services but one of their staff bought me my timmies order in the drive through while I was on my way to work! I would definitely recommended them to my friends.

Hired Epic to replace my 7 year old James Hardie siding that was installed incorrectly by the original contractor. Since I got burnt by the original contractor, I definitely had my guard up before hiring anyone to replace it. I contacted several contractors for replacement quotes, a couple of which wouldn't even give me a quote. Of the quotes I received, Epic was somewhere in the middle price-wise (lowish side in the middle). I called about 3 of the companies that gave me quotes to ask questions about the install process. When I talked to Vern at Epic, he answered all my questions honestly and instantly put my mind at ease. I probably annoyed him with how many questions I had asked since I was doing a ton of research on the install process etc because at one point I was considering replacing the siding myself, but he just answered my questions honestly and in describing their install process, I could tell they knew what they were doing and had every intention of doing the job correctly. They penciled me in for an install time of late July. When they weren't able to make that install date, Vern texted me and apologized, they were in the process of hiring new helpers so they were behind on their schedule. No problem. The install time got pushed back several times but Vern generally kept me in the loop, at the very least letting me know they haven't forgotten about me and I'm still on the list. They showed up late August and got to work. The crew that arrived was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up fairly well at the end of every day. They asked any time they needed to block the driveway or leave any equipment over night etc. They were even eating their lunches sitting on the ground until I realized and told them to use my patio set. I went out a few times a day to check on the things I knew for how to install this siding after reading the install procedures. Everything I went to look at they were doing 100% correctly. They know what they're doing. The complete removal and install took about 3 weeks. Possibly a bit longer than some contractors might take, but I'll take a correct install over a fast one any day. Job's done and complete and we couldn't be happier. With the old siding when it was windy out, it would rattle so bad it sounded like a thunderstorm in our house. The new correctly installed siding is complete 100% silent. We've had a couple of 60km+ wind days already and it doesn't make a sound. Plus it looks absolutely fantastic. I will be using them for future projects for sure, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
