LE RÉSULTAT: Ouch !! Je n’aurais vraiment pas dû les appeler ce soir-là. La réponse de la compagnie : ‘’On sort nos déneigeurs à 3h du matin seulement, au jour de l’an toutte va être ben beau mais si vous voulez on peut annuler votre contrat’’. Ce qui est effectivement arrivé sans même qu’ils nous aident avec la tempête de ce soir-là. Donc, si vous faite une plainte vous retrouver sans déneigeur malgré vous et votre contrat. À Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez il manque de compétiteurs dans ce domaine. Je sais que plusieurs autres clients sont mécontents mais peu se plaignent probablement par crainte qu’ils leurs arrivent la même chose… On the evening of December 30, we were two vehicles caught in the parking lot with almost 20cm of snow already on the ground and the coming visit for New Years. THE RESULT: Ouch !! I really shouldn’t have called them that night. The company's response: "We get our snowploughs out at 3 am only, on New Year's Day it will be fine, but if you want we can cancel your contract". What actually happened without them even helping us with the storm that night. So if you make a complaint, you will find yourself without a snow plow despite yourself and your contract. In Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez there is a shortage of competitors in this area. I know many other customers are unhappy but few are likely to complain for fear that the same thing will happen to them ...
